PAR Rehab Services offers a Substance Abuse Disorder Program for adults and adolescents. This program includes substance abuse assessment, diagnosis, and outpatient treatment services in individual and group modalities.  PAR utilizes evidence-based practices and individualized treatment in order to equip individuals with the skills necessary to maintain a lifestyle of recovery. PAR accepts substance abuse referrals from patients, medical practitioners, probation officers, parole agents, and circuit and district courts. Please contact our office to start the referral process.
