Dr. Alfred Mansour’s experience includes extensive research at the Mental Health Research Institute at the University of Michigan, making significant contributions to the biological basis of psychiatric disorders and endogenous opioid pain systems. In addition to his early career in academia, Dr. Mansour has held several positions in the biotechnology industry and private equity investing. Most recently, he has returned to his academic and clinical roots, completing a second doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Eastern Michigan University, focusing in the areas of Health Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology. Clinical interests include memory disorders, traumatic brain injury, and addiction and pain management. He has held clinical positions in psychology and neuropsychology at the Origami Brain Injury Center and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital Ann Arbor, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
